Sullivan’s Island

Just over the Ben Sawyer Bridge, Sullivan’s Island sits as our favorite spot and the closest beach to Sullivan’s Nest. Just 2.5 miles long, Sullivan’s brings a mix of wide beaches, beautiful homes, some interesting history and great restaurants.

Shem Creek

Shem Creek cuts right through the heart of Mount Pleasant and is known mainly for the many waterfront bars and restaurants there. In addition to the restaurants, it’s an amazing place if you’re into the outdoors…

Isle Of Palms

Isle of Palms is located just to the northeast of Sullivan’s Island over the Hunley Bridge at Breach Inlet. IOP is more populated than Sullivan’s and is going to offer a ‘busier’ beach experience for you.

Mount Pleasant

Mount Pleasant encompasses the geographic area from the Ravenel Bridge to the beaches of Sullivan’s Island and Isle of Palms. In Mount Pleasant, you’ll find a mix of new neighborhoods, shopping, grocery stores...as well as some of the Old Charleston charm.

Folly Beach

Folly Beach is an energetic beach town with a fun, surfer’s vibe. It’s a bit of a drive and will take you about 40 minutes to get there. However, it’s an easy drive and is definitely worth it if you are heading to Folly for the day.
