House Rules and Tips

No Smoking.

Please, please, please, please, please, please follow this rule. There is absolutely no smoking - cigarettes, e-cigs, vaping or any other types - in or around this home. Thank you :)

Check In.

You will receive communication from Luxury Simplified Retreats prior to check-in with directions, instructions, and your door code.

Parking.

You can park in the garage and in the driveway. In addition, there are some parallel parking spots in the neighborhood around the central green space. Some people do choose to park along the walkway at the entrance to the neighborhood, but please note that this is not necessarily allowed and you may be towed. We definitely don’t want that to happen.

Trash & Recycling.

Trash pick up is every Wednesday morning. Please bring the trash cans out to the sidewalk on Tuesday night and back to the left side of the house after it’s been picked up. Recycling is picked up every other Thursday.

Here’s the recycling schedule for 2021. We would appreciate you bringing the blue recycling can out for this on these dates.

There are 2 trash bins and 1 recycling bin for this home - all are marked on the front with the numbers ‘956.’

Wifi.

The Wifi network and password is clearly noted in a picture frame in the home. We have high speed Fiber through AT&T with an enhanced mesh network to ensure adequate coverage throughout the entire home.

Televisions.

There are four smart TVs in the home. The family room TV is a 55-inch and the TVs in each bedroom are 40 inches. Each TV is set up on the wifi network and has basic apps like Netflix and Hulu downloaded. Feel free to sign into your accounts to watch television during your stay.

Kitchen.

The kitchen is very well stocked with pretty much everything that you’ll need. For your convenience and to keep the guessing to a minimum, we’ve noted in the drawers and cabinets where things should go.

Laundry.

There is a laundry room on the 3rd level with a washing machine and dryer. You’ll find laundry detergent and dryer sheets in the cabinets.

Keeping it Clean.

There are various cleaning supplies under the kitchen sink. In addition, there is a vacuum cleaner, swiffer, and some additional supplies in the 3rd floor laundry closet.

Games and Books.

We have some fun games and books available for you to use in the media console in the family room. There’s a good mix of games geared towards both kids and adults. Enjoy!

Grill.

There is a gas grill on the back patio for your use. If you do use the grill, please make sure that you turn off the propane and clean the grill after use. Thank you!

Sleeper Sofa.

The sofa in the family room is a queen sleeper sofa. You’ll find the pillows and sheets for this in the 3rd floor bunk bed room closet.

Check Out.

You will receive check out instructions prior to leaving. Standard check out time in 11 am.
